Buying an island home can be one of life’s most exciting experiences
– and one of the most challenging. Look through my website for a detailed description of the property
and many of the improvements I have made in the last 4 years. I hope this information will help you in your decision
to purchase this property.

I purchased this property in 2006 and have made many needed improvements through the years.
.
Outside the
camp:
~~ The first thing I did was paint the camp and the deck.
~~ I replaced several supporting posts.
~~ I added an additional electrical box and some new wiring
~~ I installed 5 new electrical outlets on deck and downstairs
~~ I built a metal cover over the deck.
~~ I built a white picket fence around the front yard.
~~ I built new front stairs.
~~ I enclosed the
front yard with lattice wood for privacy.
~~ I personally placed
over 1500 cement pads over the sand under the camp.
~~ I built
an outdoor fire pit in the back yard.
~~ In the front yard I planted
15 palm plants, 4 oleander plants, several hibiscus plants, and various day lillies.
~~ I turned the garage into a pool house.
~~
I put up a 14 x 8 swimming pool.
~~ I turned the storage shed
in the garage into a pool house cabana.
~~ I cut out and
painted 30 mermaid fence slats and built a garden fence.

.
On the deck:
~~
I placed a wicker loveseat and coffee table on the deck.
~~
I hung 2 very comfortable hammock swings from the ceiling.
~~
I placed a Tiki Bar and stools on the deck perfect for entertaining.
~~
I placed a small refrigerator on the deck.
~~ I placed a long
dining table and chairs for outdoor meals.
~~ I strung colorful
lights on the ceiling which gives a nice glow at night.
.
.
.
Inside the camp:
~~
I painted the interior with light happy colors to lighten up the space.
~~ I replaced the A/C in the kitchen.
~~
I placed 2 new bamboo and wicker futon sofas in the guest room and living room.
~~ I placed a new queen size mattress in the master suite.
~~
I placed an electric fireplace/heater in every room.
~~ I hung
new curtains in every room.
~~ I placed a rocker/recliner in the
living room
~~ I placed 4 wicker bar stools at the snack bar.
~~ I placed 2 wicker end tables in the living room.
~~ I decorated with lamps, 2 TV sets, framed prints of the island, palm trees, and lots of fish on
the walls.

This camp would be ideal for a couple with small
children. Although I tried to make it a cozy bungalow-type retreat, it could however accomodate several fishermen
on holiday. There is room under the camp for a boat and 2 vehicles. So it is versitile and the deck is comfortably suited
for a party of 10.

.
Asking price: $ 85,000 - includes all amenities
mentioned above. The sale of this property will be in its "as is" condition.
